This is a very attractive and cool vintage Swiss-made Cimega wristwatch. It has a fun retro look and we believe it to be from the 1970s.

The Swiss movement is a mechanical manual movement with a Ronda caliber 217P-21. It has one jewel allowing for an easy service, and is unadjusted.

The dial is a pretty deep blue sunburst with a light patina, further adding to its attractive vintage look. With mirrored rectangle indices and mirrored 12, 6, and 9 numerals in a retro-style font, silver dauphine hour and minute indices with a silver sweep second, the dial has a very nice shine that complements the bezel and case beautifully. There is a day and and date window located at 3 o'clock, with a silver mirrored border. The day is in black font and the date is in red font. The dial is signed Cimega, Electra, 21, Unbreakable Mainspring, Swiss Made. The silver base metal bezel measures 38 x 34.2 mm and is in good condition, showing little wear. It is very pretty!
 
It comes on a handsome, shiny metal mesh two-piece band with a metal fold over clasp, marked Hong Kong.

This vintage Cimega wristwatch runs great, keeping excellent time. It is in very nice condition showing little wear, and will be a nice watch to wear.

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
