Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for credit card refunds
  • 5-7 business days for PayPal refunds
  • 7-10 business days for bank transfer refunds

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that require a restocking fee, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times may vary
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order number and payment details

We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any issues promptly. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
