Sizing:  To determine sizing, first know whether you need the spring bar to attach your watch band to your watch or for a buckle on a watch band. 

For attaching a watch band, you need the same size spring bar as your lug end or width of your watch band end. For attaching a buckle to a band, you need the same size as your buckle width.
